Summary
We do not sell your data. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Wherever possible, your data is processed on your device and stays under your control.
Data you create in the Apps
Content you create in the Apps is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, it may be synced through your private iCloud account, which is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
On-device processing
Features such as text recognition or intelligence features use Apple's on-device frameworks where available. This data is not sent to our servers.
Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. We may receive anonymized transaction information from Apple needed to provide access to paid features.
Diagnostics
If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash reports and usage statistics. We use them only to fix bugs and improve the Apps.
Health data
If an App integrates with Apple Health, health data is read or written only with your explicit permission, is never used for advertising, and is never shared with third parties.
Support communications
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to respond to you.
Children
The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Because data is kept on your device or in your iCloud account, you can delete it at any time by deleting it in the App or uninstalling the App. To exercise any other rights under applicable law (including GDPR), contact us at the address below.
